This Privacy Policy explains how dotFRONT, LLC (“dotFRONT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with the dotFRONT platform — our website builder, e-commerce, and marketing services at www.dotfront.com and dashboard.dotfront.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
dotFRONT is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets businesses (“Store Owners”) build and manage websites, online stores, blogs, and marketing — including connecting their own third-party accounts (such as Facebook Pages and Google Business Profile) to publish content and view performance.
Name, business name, email, phone number, and login credentials you provide.
Products, services, blog articles, images, orders, and other content you create or upload.
When you connect an external account (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile), we receive and store the access/refresh tokens and account identifiers needed to provide the features you enabled (e.g., your pages or business locations).
Log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
If you connect a Google account — for example to manage your Google Business Profile — dotFRONT requests only the permissions required for the features you turn on, and only after you approve them on Google's own consent screen.
What we access: your business locations, the posts and media you ask us to publish, and the performance metrics we display back to you in your dashboard.
What we store: the access and refresh tokens, plus the account and location identifiers needed to keep the connection working. Tokens are transmitted over encrypted connections, are restricted to your account, and are never shared with other Store Owners.
What we never do: we do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or ad targeting, use it to build advertising profiles, or transfer it to third parties except as described in this Policy.
dotFRONT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Humans do not read your Google user data except: with your explicit consent (for example, when you ask us for support); where necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; to comply with applicable law; or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
Disconnecting: you can disconnect Google at any time from your dotFRONT dashboard, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke dotFRONT's access directly with Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only:
We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can:
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including restricted access and encrypted transport (HTTPS) — to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and improve our safeguards.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect functionality.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you consent to such transfer, processing, and storage per this Policy.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
