About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Appointment Setter to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to local businesses in the United States, introducing our website design and digital marketing services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
This is a remote position for candidates located in South America with excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to business owners in the United States.
- Introduce our website design, SEO, printing, and digital marketing services.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
- Update customer information in our CRM.
- Follow up with prospects by phone, SMS, and email when appropriate.
- Meet daily call and appointment goals.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during every call.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English.
- Friendly and confident phone voice.
- Cold calling or appointment-setting experience preferred.
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet.
- Quiet home-office environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling websites or digital marketing services.
- Experience with SEO or B2B services.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience with VoIP dialers.
- Customer service or sales background.
